PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR HOSPITAL WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
By accessing or using the hospital’s facilities, website, or medical services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, patient safety, and proper management of services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all patients. All personal, financial, and medical records are collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable laws such as the Information Technology Act and healthcare confidentiality guidelines. Your medical information will be used strictly for treatment purposes, billing, and hospital administration.
We do not disclose patient details to third parties without explicit consent, except in cases required by law, medical emergencies, or insurance-related verifications. Patients have the right to request access to their medical records, request corrections, and seek copies for personal use.
Our hospital provides outpatient consultations, inpatient admissions, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, emergency care, and other healthcare services. Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history, disclose any allergies or pre-existing conditions, and follow medical advice provided by doctors.
Misuse of services, fraudulent claims, or inappropriate behavior towards hospital staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services or legal action. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if safety protocols are violated.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone helpline, or directly at the hospital reception. Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. For inpatient admissions, prior authorization from doctors or insurance providers may be required.
In case of cancellations, we request at least 24-hour notice so that the time slot can be made available for other patients. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in suspension of online appointment booking privileges.
All services provided by the hospital, including consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and surgeries, are chargeable. Patients are responsible for timely payment of all bills. We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, online transfers, and recognized insurance providers.
If treatment is covered under an insurance policy, the patient must submit valid insurance documents prior to availing services. Any balance amount not covered by insurance must be paid by the patient. Outstanding bills may result in restriction of non-emergency services until dues are cleared.
Our hospital operates a 24/7 emergency department to handle urgent medical needs, accidents, and trauma cases. Emergency patients will always be given priority over scheduled appointments. In life-threatening conditions, the hospital will initiate treatment immediately as per medical ethics, regardless of insurance or payment status, with billing to follow later.
Patients and attendants are requested to cooperate with hospital staff during emergency situations, as strict protocols are in place to save lives and maintain safety.
While our doctors and staff strive to deliver the highest quality of care, the hospital cannot guarantee outcomes of medical treatments, as results depend on individual health conditions and other factors beyond our control.
The hospital will not be held liable for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as power failures, equipment malfunctions, or natural disasters. Patients are advised to follow discharge instructions and prescribed treatments carefully, as negligence in post-hospital care may impact recovery.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with new healthcare regulations, insurance policies, or hospital management practices. Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of services will imply acceptance of the revised terms.
